Why We Started, What We're Building
Doryc Global isn't a marketplace side-hustle. It's a bet that everyday products deserve better design — and we're building the company to prove it.
Our Story
Doryc Global was founded in June 2026, after close to two decades leading a sales team, out of a wish to build something lasting — something with more weight than another marketplace listing. I believed a genuine, lovable brand could be built from anywhere — and I chose to base it in Bhubaneswar, my hometown. But I knew early on that simply importing ready-made products would never give it a soul. So I set one condition with every supplier we worked with: products had to be shaped by what customers actually needed, not by what was convenient to source. That principle still guides everything we do at Doryc Global.
What that's meant in practice: rather than chasing whatever product trend was moving fastest on Indian marketplaces that month, we narrowed in on a simple standard — would we actually want this in our own home or workspace? If a product didn't clear that bar, it didn't make the cut. It still doesn't.

How We Choose What to Build
Three filters, in order: does it solve a real problem, will it hold up, and can we stand behind it long after the sale.
Solves a Real Problem
Not a trend — a genuinely annoying, everyday problem, like cable clutter or disorganized wall space.
Holds Up
We test physical samples ourselves before committing to a production run. If the materials or finish don't survive real use, the product doesn't launch.
We Stand Behind It
We're a small team, which means support questions reach us directly — not a call center script.
What We Do
We design and source everyday organizing products — starting with magnetic cable clips and wall-mounted pegboard systems for home offices, kitchens, and craft spaces — and bring them to Indian customers through our own site and major marketplaces.
How We Work With Suppliers
Manufacturing Partners
We work with manufacturing partners selected for consistency and craftsmanship, not just the lowest quote. Every product goes through sample testing before it reaches a single customer — we've turned down product ideas at the sample stage when they didn't hold up, and we'll keep doing that.
Where We're Headed
Our current focus — cable management and pegboard organizers — is deliberately narrow. We'd rather do a small number of categories well than spread thin across many.
The Bar for What's Next
Growth, Not Sprawl
New categories will only get added if they meet the same bar: solve a real problem, hold up over time, and be something we'd genuinely use ourselves.
