Doryc Global (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you contact us through the form on this website, we collect the information you provide, which currently includes your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment or shipping information at this time, as we do not yet operate an online store.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, whether you are a prospective customer, manufacturing partner, or supplier. We do not use your contact details for marketing unless you separately opt in to receive updates from us.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your enquiry is delivered directly to our team’s email inbox and is not shared with anyone outside Doryc Global except as required to respond to your message or comply with the law.
Data Storage and Retention
Information submitted through our contact form is processed by WPForms and stored on our website’s hosting server. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to address your message, after which we may delete it.
Cookies
This website may use basic cookies required for standard functionality, such as remembering your browser session. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make such a request, contact us using the details below.
Changes to This Policy
As Doryc Global grows, including if we launch an online store, this policy will be updated to reflect new data practices such as payment and shipping information. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date.
